A Wand is a weapon used by a Mage.
Acquiring a Wand
Any player who chooses Mage as his class will spawn with a Wand in his inventory. Many hostiles mages will also have wands, which they may or may not drop on death. Wands can be random drops from almost any enemy, and can be purchased in most Weapon Shops.
