Realms, Kingdoms & Cults (short: Realm) are parts of the Lore. Each Region will have lore locations that give information about a realm that used to be in that area. Realms have Relics that can be found for permanent buffs and leveling. Some hostile NPCs in the region will be labeled as part of that Realm.
