A player may sleep on a bed or bedroll by interacting with it.
- On Steam, the player uses [E] to interact.
- On Alpha, the player uses [R] to interact.
Sleep allows the player to regenerate HP without using a restoration item.
- This may not be done while in combat stance.

Sleep can also hasten the passage of Time.
While asleep the rate is speed up to approximately 2 game minutes per second.
- NPCs will also sleep occasionally.
